Being charitable takes many forms - three key ways in which you can help De Paul House are through financial donations, weekday volunteering, or the donations of goods. Please read more about these forms of support below.
Donations
De Paul House accepts a variety of donated goods, including: kitchenware, household goods, bedding and linen, staple household furniture, and food (particularly non-perishable items). While we are very appreciative of all donations, we do ask that you ensure any items you wish to gift to us are clean, usable, and in good condition/good working order. Financial Donation
The easiest way to give a financial donation is online. Click the donate icon to go through to our online form which will produce an automated receipt for your records. We’re happy to take any donation, large or small - and all of them make a big difference.
BECOME A VOLUNTEER
We are always looking for new volunteers that can help with a number of day to day tasks such as making up units, helping with food parcels,ground maintenance, hospitality, fundraising, marketing and many other tasks.

The de Paul House Fundraising Committees are all volunteers and work on events as they occur. Our fundraising activities raise approximately $40,000.00 annually.

meet our volunteers
Currently our 87 registered volunteers are involved in many tasks ranging from the teams who sort donated clothing, household goods and furniture to youth volunteers who assist with supervising the homework centre. Our volunteer co-ordinator is always keen to hear from any willing participants. Lesley is expert at matching volunteers to our ever changing organisational needs. De Paul House could not provide the breadth of support it does without our volunteers’ contribution and dedication.
